Sri Chitra Art Gallery was founded in 1934 by Sri Chithira Thirunal, the then Maharaja of Travancore, and houses a collection of approximately 1,100 works of art and modern art. The collection includes Raja Ravi Varma, Nicholas Roerich, Svetoslav Roerich, Jamini Roy, Rabindranath Tagore, V. S. Valiathan and K. C. S. Paniker. There are also Chinese, Japanese, Balinese and Tibetan paintings. Other interesting items include miniatures from around the world, prints of paintings from Ajanta, Bagh, Sigiriya and Sitannavasal, and manuscripts of important documents.

Entry Fee:INR 10 For Person Above 12 Yrs , INR 4 For Person bBelow 12 Yrs&Above Five Yrs , INR 20 For Family Ticket(Father,Mother&Two Children) , INR 150 For Group (35 Or Less Number Of Students&Two Teachers)
